Hi everyone! I have been taking some time away from blogging and other online activities, but I am interrupting my hiatus to bring you this blog tour stop. I hope to be back in a regular routine in January, so I can start posting again. I hope you all stay happy and healthy for the rest of this year!
Thank you to The Write Reads and Penguin Random House for including me in this tour and giving me an opportunity to read and review this book!

The Cousins by Karen M. McManus
My Rating: Four Stars ★★★★
The Cousins is one of the best books in the YA mystery/thriller genre that I’ve read yet. Filled with twists and turns, it kept me glued to the pages whenever I was reading it.
As I mentioned, The Cousins’ plot is filled with exciting and unexpected twists. I truly had no idea what was going to happen and was shocked by the big reveals. There are definitely clues and pieces to the puzzle provided all the way through, which made it satisfying to see it all come together in the end.
Another great aspect of the book was the characters. Each of the narrators were likable and their viewpoints compelling. I never dreaded any characters chapters, which is often a problem I come across in multiple POV books. The flashback chapters from Allison’s POV drew me into the story even more and were a great addition to the book.
This is a short review, because I am afraid to say much more for fear of spoiling something. I absolutely recommend trying this out if you enjoy the YA and mystery/thriller genres. I cannot wait to get ahold of McManus’s previous works and give them a try as well!

Great review, I’m glad you enjoyed this book!
